Welcome to Tanzania
Kilimanjaro or Arusha Airport pickup: Your private guide meets you on arrival and transfers you to your lodge in Arusha, with an optional short city experience depending on your arrival time.
Settle in and relax: An evening to relax and prepare for the days ahead, with your guide on hand to answer any questions about the safari.
Tarangire National Park
Depart for Tarangire: After breakfast, drive to Tarangire National Park, home to some of Africa's largest elephant herds and iconic ancient baobab trees.
Private game drive: A private game drive through Tarangire in search of elephants, giraffes, buffalo, zebra, wildebeest and, with good fortune, resting lions.
Golden-hour light and check-in: Enjoy Tarangire's golden afternoon light before checking in to Suricata Boma Lodge for dinner and a restful night.
Ngorongoro Crater and departure
Drive to Ngorongoro: An early breakfast, then the drive up to the Ngorongoro Crater rim, with sweeping views over the volcanic caldera before the descent.
Crater floor game drive: Hours exploring the crater floor in search of the Big Five, including lion, buffalo, zebra, wildebeest, hippo and the elusive black rhino.
Return to Arusha: Climb back up to the crater rim and drive to Arusha or Kilimanjaro Airport for your onward journey. Safari ends.

The price includes your private vehicle and guide, all park and conservation fees, luxury lodge accommodation, meals as specified and airport transfers. International flights, visa, insurance, tips and personal expenses are not included.
